WARPCON is the University of Cork’s annual wargaming and roleplaying convention.
This year marks WARPCON’s twentieth anniversary since its inception all those years ago when it was ran in a room on campus with an attendance of around 40 people. Since then WARPCON has become a much larger con, sprawling over many rooms around campus.
Over the years WARPCON has seen many special guests come and go, with John Kovalic being one of our most important guests, he liked the con so much he’s been coming ever since! Other past guests include Games Workshop’s Jervis Johnson, Steve Jackson of Steve Jackson games and Stargate Atlantis’ David Nykl and many others.
Alessio will be there, demonstrating Shuuro and running a tournament of Shuuro 250 (download the rules here).
